Cat Pumps Throttle Control Valve 8100 reduces engine RPM and heat build-up in the pump when the pump is in by-pass mode which helps with slowing down wear and tear on your pump and engine. This device also reduces the fuel consumed by your engine since it is not continually running at full speed.
